Newgen Software Technologies Limited has received and accepted a purchase order from a customer for the supply, implementation, integration, management, and maintenance of a Centralized Trade Finance (CTF) solution including a customer web portal. The total value of the order is Rs. 35,30,97,005/- (inclusive of taxes). The order was awarded by a domestic entity and is to be executed over a period of 5 years. The company confirms that this transaction does not fall within the definition of a related party transaction as specified under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
