Next Mediaworks Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q3, 2025 UFRs

Next Mediaworks Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window as per SEBI regulations and the company's code. The trading window will remain closed from Thursday, 01* January, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited (Standalone) Financial Results ('UFRs') for the quarter and nine months ended on 31* December, 2025. The board meeting for approval of these UFRs is yet to be announced. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the company's equity shares during this period.
