Next Mediaworks Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until Completion of 48 Hours After Declaration of Audited Financial Results for FY 2025-2026

Next Mediaworks Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results (AFRs) for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026. The designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the company's equity shares during this period. The date of the board meeting for the approval of the AFRs will be intimated in due course.
