Nexus Select Trust: 12M Units Pledge Released by Sponsor Entity

Nexus Select Trust has disclosed that BREP Asia SG Forum Holding (NQ) Pte. Ltd., a sponsor group entity, has released a pledge over 12,000,000 units of the Trust. This release is in accordance with SEBI regulations and the Trust's internal code for dealing in securities. The pledge was originally created on June 3, 2026, to secure obligations related to a credit facility availed by NXST ML (NQ) Limited. The release of the pledge was effective September 4, 2026, and the transaction details, including the value of the released units (estimated at ₹1,994,040,000 based on VWAP), have been submitted to the Exchange.
