Nexus Select Trust: Pledge Created on 228M Units by Sponsor Entities

Nexus Select Trust has disclosed the creation of a pledge over 228,005,666 units held by its sponsor group entities, including BREP Asia SG Forum Holding (NQ) Pte. Ltd., Wynford Investments Limited, SSIII Indian Investments One Ltd., and BRE Coimbatore Retail Holdings Ltd. The pledge, created on June 3, 2026, is in favor of Deutsche Bank AG, acting as the onshore security agent. This encumbrance secures obligations related to a credit facility availed by NXST ML (NQ) Limited. The borrowed funds were utilized for the pledgors' business purposes outside India and did not result in capital inflow into India. The pledge is set to expire on September 23, 2028, subject to the facility agreement's terms.
