Nexus Select Trust: Pledges Extended for USD 300M Commitment

Nexus Select Trust has disclosed an extension of existing pledges on 326,819,372 units, representing 21.57% of its total outstanding units. These pledges will now secure a total commitment of USD 300,000,000, an increase of up to USD 100,000,000, of which USD 81,000,000 has been drawn down. No additional units have been pledged. The funds borrowed were utilized for genuine business purposes of the pledgors outside India and did not result in any capital inflow into India. This disclosure follows previous pledge adjustments and facility agreement amendments.
