Nexus Surgical MD Resigns, Continues as Non-Executive Director

Nexus Surgical And Medicare Ltd announced that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Ram Swaroop Joshi as Managing Director, effective September 2, 2026. He will continue to serve on the Board as a Promoter Non-Executive Director. The change was approved at a board meeting held on September 2, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Joshi cited personal reasons for his resignation from the MD role and confirmed no other material reasons exist. He has over 30 years of experience in production and marketing and has been MD since 2022.
