Nexxus Petro Industries Limited has announced the schedule for its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM), set to take place on September 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OVAM), in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI guidelines. Shareholders of record as of September 21, 2026, are eligible to vote.
