NGL Fine Chem: Final Dividend of ₹1.75 Recommended

NGL Fine Chem Ltd's board approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of ₹1.75 per share. The 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 25, 2026, via video conferencing. The record date for the AGM and dividend payment is August 18, 2026. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from August 19 to August 25, 2026. Appointments of internal and cost auditors were also approved, along with the reappointment of Mr. Rajesh Lawande and Mrs. Sarala Menon as Whole-Time and Independent Directors, respectively.
