NHC Foods FY26 Revenue Up 72.8% to ₹601.3 Cr, PAT Up 73.9%

NHC Foods Ltd reported a 72.8% YoY rise in revenue from operations to ₹601.3 crore for FY26, with PAT increasing by 73.9% to ₹12.32 crore. Q4FY26 revenue rose 92% YoY to ₹258.4 crore, and PAT surged 642% YoY to ₹6.65 crore. A Dubai subsidiary acquired 100% stake in a Hong Kong-based trading company. The company plans to raise up to USD 27 million via equity or equity-linked instruments to fund expansion.
