NHC Foods Subsidiary Incorporates US-based Conquer Enterprises LLC

NHC Foods Limited announced that its foreign step-down subsidiary, Conquer Enterprises Limited, has incorporated a new foreign subsidiary, Conquer Enterprises LLC, in the United States. This Limited Liability Company, registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State, is in the general trading business. The incorporation is aimed at enhancing NHC Foods' business operations in the US and the global market. Conquer Enterprises LLC was incorporated on September 16, 2026, and has not yet commenced business operations, thus having no applicable turnover or cost of acquisition. NHC Foods holds 100% subscription to the share capital of the new entity.
