NHC Foods to Set Up First Manufacturing Facility in Liberia

NHC Foods Limited announced plans to establish its first manufacturing facility in Liberia, West Africa, through its subsidiary NHC Foods (Liberia) Limited. The company has entered into binding Heads of Terms with Liberia Special Economic Zone Development Company for an industrial plot within the Monrovia Industrial Free Zone. This strategic move is part of NHC Foods' international expansion, targeting the African market for fruit juices and allied food products. The facility aims to leverage Liberia's strategic location and ECOWAS access. The project is in the pre-implementation stage, with detailed sub-lease agreements anticipated within 90 days.
