NHPC Ltd Declares FY26 Results & ₹0.21 Final Dividend

NHPC Limited's board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of ₹0.21 per share (2.10% of face value of ₹10) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. This is in addition to an interim dividend of ₹1.40 per share paid in February 2026. The board also reviewed the Key Information Document (KID) for raising up to ₹2,000 Crore through private placement of bonds for FY 2026-27.
