NIBE Ltd Appoints BDO India as Internal Auditors for FY27

NIBE Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. BDO India Services Private Limited as the Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The board meeting also approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Ganesh Ramesh Nibe as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from August 14, 2026. Additionally, M/s Dhananjay Laxman Gawade & Co. was re-appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27.
