Nicco Parks: Trading window closed for Q2 & H1 FY27 results

Nicco Parks & Resorts Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026. The company will intimate the date of the Board meeting for considering these financial results in due course. This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
