Nidhi Granites Re-appoints Amit Sinkar & Amit Patankar as Directors

Nidhi Granites Ltd has re-appointed Amit Sinkar and Amit Patankar as Independent Directors for a further term of 5 years, effective from June 15, 2026, subject to member approval. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Jogin Raval & Associates as Statutory Auditors for five consecutive years, also subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. These decisions were made during a Board Meeting held on May 29, 2026, where the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved.
