Trading Window Closure for Nihar Info Global Ltd's Q1 2026 Results

Nihar Info Global Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will close on 1st April 2026 and will reopen after 48 hours of the announcement of the financial results for the quarter ending on 31st March 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter ending 31 March 2026 will be intimated separately.
