NIIT Ltd: Amalgamation Scheme Effective July 1, 2026

NIIT Limited has announced that its Scheme of Amalgamation, involving NIIT Institute of Finance Banking and Insurance Training Limited and RPS Consulting Private Limited, has become effective from July 1, 2026. This follows the receipt of a certified copy of the order from the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench. The company has filed the necessary form (INC-28) with the Registrar of Companies, Haryana, to formalize the amalgamation. This move consolidates the operations of the amalgamating companies into NIIT Limited.
