NIIT Ltd Appoints Price Waterhouse as Statutory Auditors

NIIT Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment follows the completion of the second consecutive term by the current auditors, M/s S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, who will conclude their tenure at the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2027. The proposed auditors, Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, will serve for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 44th AGM in 2027 until the conclusion of the 49th AGM in 2032. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the 44th AGM and other regulatory requirements. The Board of Directors approved this recommendation from the Audit Committee.
