NIIT Ltd: Independent Director Reappointed for Second Term

NIIT Limited's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ravindra Babu Garikipati as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, commencing November 11, 2026. This decision, recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Garikipati brings over 35 years of experience in technology and business scaling, with prior roles including CTO at Flipkart and various leadership positions in prominent companies. He is not currently debarred from holding a director position.
