NIIT Ltd Reports 20% YoY Profit Growth in FY’25, Q4 Revenue Up 16%

NIIT Ltd, a leading Skills & Talent development corporation, announced its annual results for the Financial Year 2025. The company reported a 16% YoY increase in Q4 net revenue, with EBITDA at Rs. 4 million and Profit after Tax at Rs. 131 million. For the full year, NIIT reported a 20% YoY increase in Profit After Tax, standing at Rs. 461 million. The company also announced a final dividend of Rupees One per equity share. NIIT made significant investments in strengthening its talent pipeline and acquired a 70% stake in iamneo, an Al-powered deep skilling SaaS platform.
