Nikki Global Finance Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Nikki Global Finance Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (POIT) Regulations, 2015 and the company's 'Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons'. The trading window will remain closed from 01st January, 2026 to 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 31% December, 2025. Insiders are advised not to deal in the shares of the company during this period. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of these financial results will be intimated in due course.
