Nikki Global Finance Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q4 and FY26 Results

Nikki Global Finance Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure will be in effect from 01st April 2026 until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026 are made public. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (POIT) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s ‘Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons’. Insiders are advised not to deal in the shares of the company during this period. The date of the board meeting for the approval of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
