Nilachal Refractories Appoints Mukesh Kumar Shaw as CS

Nilachal Refractories Ltd has appointed Mr. Mukesh Kumar Shaw as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective June 1, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 29, 2026, and is pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 of the Listing Regulations. Mr. Shaw is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a B Com degree and a NSE certificate.
