Nimbus Group to Invest 1,100 Crore in Luxury Housing Project Arista Luxe Phase II in Noida

Nimbus Group, a Noida-based realty player, is investing 1,100 crore in Arista Luxe Phase II, a luxury residential project in Sector 168, Noida. The development, previously stalled, is being revived under the Legacy Stalled Projects Scheme. Spanning approximately 10 acres, the project will comprise 342 luxury apartments in Towers 5, 7, 8, and 9, along with the completion of the clubhouse and common areas. With a completion target of 2029, the project is RERA-registered and has secured all requisite approvals. The investment reflects Nimbus Group's commitment to restoring trust in stalled developments and bringing momentum back to NCR’s real estate landscape.
