As of now, the firm has booked approximately 4,90,000 sq. ft., totaling 557 units. The estimated total cost of the project is INR 660.00 Crores, with an estimated sales revenue of approximately INR 850.00 Crores. The promoter's contribution is INR 60.00 Crores, and the sales booked to date are INR 342.00 Crores. The firm has availed a project construction facility of INR 75.00 Crores from Bajaj Housing Finance Limited. The construction is in full swing, aiming to complete the project by 31st March 2028.
