The offer is for acquiring up to 1,55,20,529 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the company's fully paid-up equity share capital, at a price of ₹29 per share. This open offer is triggered by Share Purchase Agreements executed on June 16, 2026, with public category shareholders. The total consideration for the offer, assuming full acceptance, will be approximately ₹45.01 Crores. The offer price has been determined in accordance with SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
