Niraj Cement Structurals Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and other connected persons. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct.
