Nirav Commercials: Internal Auditor Resigns, New Appointed

Nirav Commercials Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors, acting on the Audit Committee's recommendation, accepted the resignation of CS Ankita Vishwakarma as the Internal Auditor, effective April 15, 2026, due to other commitments. Simultaneously, the Board appointed CS Ekta Joshi as the new Internal Auditor, with her appointment also effective from April 15, 2026. Ms. Joshi is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Commerce Graduate. These changes were approved at the Board Meeting held on April 15, 2026, and are in compliance with SEBI regulations.
