Nirmitee Robotics India Ltd has announced changes in its non-executive directors. The company accepted the resignation of Mr. Rajesh Narendra Admane due to his inability to devote sufficient time and attention to the company's affairs. Following this, the company appointed Mr. Rahul Kartik Shende as an additional non-executive director. Mr. Shende holds an MBA in Marketing and has strong expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and business development. He is currently pursuing a Business Development Executive (BDE) course for personal care products. Mr. Shende is the son of Mr. Kartik Eknath Shende, a promoter of the company.
