Trading Window Closure for Nirmitee Robotics India Ltd's Audited Financial Results

Nirmitee Robotics India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is for the purpose of considering the Audited financial results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2026. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Audited financial results will be intimated separately.
