Nisus Finance Services Co Ltd to Act as Sponsor in Navanaami AIF's Realty Fund — 1

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nisus Finance Services Co Limited has announced that it will act as one of the Sponsors in Navanaami AIF, a category II AIF Fund registered under SEBI with registration no. IN/AIF2/20-21/0788. The Fund has proposed to launch a scheme named Navanaami Realty Fund — 1, subject to SEBI approval. Nisus Finance Services Co Ltd, along with other sponsors, will maintain minimum continuing interest in the Scheme of the Fund.
