The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026 (Q2 FY27), covering both standalone and consolidated statements. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also closed its trading window from October 01, 2026, which will remain shut for 48 hours post the announcement of these financial results.
