Nitin Castings: Committee of Independent Directors for Delisting Offer

Nitin Castings Ltd has formed a Committee of Independent Directors to provide recommendations on a Delisting Offer. The committee includes Chintan Tarun Rambhia as Chairman, and Preethi Anand and Meghna Makda as members. Ms. Makda's appointment as an Independent Director on July 25, 2026, post the initial announcement, led to her inclusion. The company will publish the committee's recommendations and voting patterns in newspapers and submit them to the stock exchange and the Manager to the Offer at least two working days before the bidding period commences, as per SEBI regulations.
