Additionally, Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd has appointed M/s. AVS & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors for the financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26, and M/s. Jimit Kamdar & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditors for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The company has also accepted consent terms and filed for Cancellation of sale certificate in DRT and is looking at organic & inorganic growth opportunities as well as potential investors for recapitalising the company.
