Nitin Spinners Ltd. Approves Acquisition of CGE Hybrid Energy Private Limited for Renewable Power Supply

Nitin Spinners Ltd. has approved the execution of a Power Supply Agreement and Share Purchase Agreement with CGE Hybrid Energy Private Limited. The acquisition aims to purchase renewable power through an wind-solar hybrid project, qualifying as a captive consumer under the Electricity Act. The transaction is expected to be completed by 30th September 2026, subject to customary conditions. CGE Hybrid Energy Private Limited is a subsidiary of Continuum Green Energy Limited, formed to carry on the business of Power Generation, distribution, transmission and supply of renewable power in the state of Rajasthan.
