Nivi Trading Ltd to Approve Unaudited Financial Results for Q2 & H1 FY2025-2026 on Nov 5, 2025

Nivi Trading Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on November 5, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting will also approve the Limited Review Report to be issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Vora & Associates. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company, which was closed for all Designated Persons from September 30, 2025, will remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the financial results are uploaded online on the portal of the Stock Exchanges where the securities of the Company are listed.
