NMDC Steel Ltd Appoints Shri Anurag Kapil as Director (Finance) for 5 Years

NMDC Steel Ltd has announced the appointment of Shri Anurag Kapil, IRAS, ED (Finance) - Expenditure, Railway Board to the post of Director (Finance) on the Board of NMDC Limited. The appointment is for a period of 5 years from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The Ministry of Steel (MoS), Government of India communicated this appointment via Order No. 14013/1/2024-BLA dated 18.03.2026. Furthermore, the CMD, Functional Directors and Government Directors of NMDC Limited will also serve as the CMD, Functional Directors and Government Directors of NMDC Steel Limited respectively on a co-terminus basis. Consequently, Shri Anurag Kapil will also serve as Director (Finance) on the Board of NMDC Steel Limited, subject to assumption of the charge of the post.
