Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd Declares Q1 FY27 Un-audited Results

Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, the Board approved the notice for the 30th Annual General Meeting, Directors Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion & Analysis for FY 2025-26. The appointment of Mr. Balvinder Singh as an Independent Director for a term of 5 years was also approved, subject to shareholder approval. The rectification of the Statutory Auditor's fee was also approved pending shareholder consent. The trading window will open on August 6, 2026.
