NTBCL Trading Window Closed for Q1 FY27 Results

Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd (NTBCL) has announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This closure aligns with SEBI regulations and the company's insider trading code. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading NTBCL securities during this period. The company will announce the board meeting date for results consideration in due course. Additionally, PANs of designated persons may be frozen by NSDL for trading during the closure period as per SEBI circular.
