Norris Medicines Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, auditors, key managerial personnel, and their immediate relatives. The closure will take effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
