Norris Medicines: Reclassification Application of Promoter Shareholders Closed by BSE Limited

Norris Medicines Ltd informs that the reclassification application of Promoter shareholders to the Public category, submitted pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has been closed by BSE Limited on 12.02.2026. The closure is due to non-payment of disputed penalty, resulting in the existing classification of the shareholders to continue unchanged. The shareholding pattern of the Company remains unaltered. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
