The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with MCA and SEBI regulations. The deemed venue is the company's registered office in Chennai. The Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 have been published on the company's website and stock exchange portals. Members can exercise their voting rights electronically through NSDL's e-voting services. The cut-off date for AGM participation and e-voting is Wednesday, August 12, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from August 14 to August 17, 2026.
