Northern Spirits Ltd has announced that it has secured the exclusive right to distribute brands of Famiglia Berta Wines Since 1942 & Bespoke Distillery Srl from Italy. The company will hold the pan India distribution rights for these brands, focusing on the premium category space of Gin, Liquors and Wines. This strategic move aims to enhance brand equity and strengthen the bottom line over the long term. The premium liquor space in India is growing at a much faster pace than the regular range. This announcement is in compliance with Regulation 30 and all other applicable Regulations of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
