Northlink Fiscal Appoints Rishi Bhargav as Additional Director

Northlink Fiscal and Capital Services Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Rishi Bhargav as an Additional Director, designated as a Non-Executive Independent Director. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on July 17, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Bhargav's tenure will be for 5 years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. He is a B.Com graduate with over 15 years of experience in business administration and is not related to any existing directors.
