Nouveau Global Ventures: Krishan Khadaria re-appointed MD for 5 years

Nouveau Global Ventures Ltd announced that its shareholders, at the Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Krishan Khadaria as Managing Director. The new term is for five years, effective from March 1, 2027, to February 28, 2032. Mr. Khadaria, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Law, has extensive experience in finance, taxation, auditing, and business management. He is a promoter of the company and has been instrumental in its growth since inception. He is the father of Mr. Mohit Khadaria, a Director of the Company.
