Olympian Finvest Acquires 12.40% Stake in Nova Iron & Steel

Olympian Finvest Private Limited has acquired 44,79,675 equity shares, representing 12.40% of the total share capital, in Nova Iron & Steel Limited. The acquisition was made pursuant to an exemption under Regulation 10(1)(a)(iv) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, for restructuring among Promoters and Promoter Group. The transaction involved the transfer of shares from Reward Capital Services Pvt. Ltd., Shivalikview Steel Trading Pvt. Ltd., and Rockland Steel Trading Pvt. Ltd. The acquisition price was ₹11 per share. Post-acquisition, Olympian Finvest's shareholding increased from 0.26% to 12.66%.
