Novartis India Board Meeting on Nov 4 to Approve Rights Issue Letter of Offer

Novartis India Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for November 04, 2026, to consider and approve the Letter of Offer for its proposed Rights Issue. This Rights Issue aims to raise an aggregate amount not exceeding ₹9,000.00 million (₹900 Crore). The company has already received in-principle approval from BSE Limited for the proposed Rights Issue on October 30, 2026. A Rights Issue Committee meeting will also be held on the same day to finalize key details such as issue price, entitlement ratio, and record date.
