Novateor Research Sets Sep 25, 2026 as AGM Cut-off Date

Novateor Research Laboratories Ltd has announced that Friday, September 25, 2026, will be the cut-off date to determine eligible shareholders for its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. IST in Ahmedabad. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 3, 2026, also approved the Draft Directors' Report for FY 2025-26 and resolutions for the AGM notice, subject to shareholder approval. The company confirmed that its Register of Members and share transfer books will not be closed as there are no physical shareholders. Mr. Mehul Raval has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the AGM.
