Novus Loyalty Director Resigns Due to Personal Commitments

Novus Loyalty Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Rajesh Sureka as an Independent Director, effective August 4th, 2026. The resignation is attributed to personal and professional commitments. Consequently, Mr. Sureka will also step down as Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Stakeholders Relationship Committee. He has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his departure. The company has enclosed the resignation letter and requisite disclosures as per SEBI regulations.
